Billie Mae Smith, 87 of Saint Petersburg, FL passed away Friday, January 1, 2021. Billie Mae was born on January 15,1933 in Red Jacket, West Virginia.

Billie Mae spent majority of her working years providing health care to the poor and elderly, working for County Health Department, Long term care, and assisted living facilities. She was most proud of her children and her faith in God. She was a member of The Church of God of Prophecy. After retiring from the healthcare, she enjoyed spending time with her family and her hobby of creating flower arrangements.

Billie Mae was preceded in death by her son, Rodney (Bruce) Young; daughters, Linda Stewart and Theresa Sherraden; grandchildren, Ian Young, Jessica Sherraden; parents, George and Della Little and siblings, Robert Little, James Little and Joann Baer. She is survived by her children, Steven Young (Betty), Patty Koyl (Glenn), Lois Clutter (Floyd); grandchildren, Rhonda, Jason, Sean, Jeremy, Jamie, Jodie, Travis, Kelly and Dustin; 21 great grandchildren; 3 great great grandchildren; sisters, Ruby Westfall and Betty Sizemore and brothers, Jack, Larry, Donnie and Eddie Little.

Celebration of Life memorial gathering will be held at a later date.
