Obituary of Dorothy Skinner

Skinner, Dorothy, 83 of St Petersburg passed away March 4, 2021 at home.  She was preceded in death by her parents, Dean and Mabel Bruce and her brother William Bruce.  Dorothy is survived by her son Estill G. Skinner III and daughter Elizabeth Fernbacher and many nieces and nephews across the country.

Dorothy was a strong woman with an adventurous spirit.  She loved to travel, watch birds and coax her orchids to bloom.  She was dedicated to her family and provided a never-ending source of strength and determination that she was able to pass down to her children and those close to her.  She worked tirelessly through good and bad.  Her strength allowed others to be strong.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Shriners Children’s Hospital Tampa.
