I had the great pleasure of having Margaret as a friend. Loved hearing her stories of her military days. She was an American treasure. God bless you Tom and family at this time and always. Know that your moth was loved and admired by many. So glad I had the opportunity to meet her and grow to love her so dearly. She will always be a part of me.
My thoughts and prayers,
Maggie Bell

Condolences to Margaret’s family. I had only known Margaret a couple years, and she was a delight and full of life. I took her on Friday’s to see a friend at an assisted living, before covid, and we enjoyed the happy hour with wine and snacks. She talked often of her days as a nurse. I will miss Margaret.

I remember when we moved into Bay Ranch in 2008 Margaret was one of the first people I met. She was so kind & we talked about the Navy. She knew Herbie was in the Naval Seabees. She also found out that our daughter, Tiffiny was in nursing school. She followed up on her all thru school checking to see how she was doing. She was so proud the day she graduated. Margaret was someone who left a lasting impression because of her heartfelt nature & is someone who will be dearly missed. God has gained another Angel! ❤️
Love from Herbie & Peggy Thompson & Tiffiny & kids

It is easy to say that this woman was a great woman, but I honestly believe it understates her influence and intangible contributions she has made to so many people in our family. A beautiful person on the inside and out. From my early childhood, i recall the regular trips she and my freind/cousin Tom would make to visit our family in NEPA in part to take care of her parents gravesite. They would regularly visit just prior to Memorial Day. Occassionally, they would take me along for one of their many excursions that Tom enjoyed with his mom over the year's. They enjoyed each other's company like nothing you had ever seen. Our family cherrished those visits and looked forward to them each year. Many memories from those days that come flashing back...
This woman never missed a birthday, and to this day, i looked forward to her handwritten notes in every card she sent... the messages got shorter and shorter over the year's, as the appreciation and thoughtfulness grew larger. She endlessly raved about her grandson Ryan, who she adored and was immensily proud of... she kept us up to date on all his extrodinary accomplishments over the year's.
I take comfort that her goodness and faith will provide her with the pathway to enjoy the rest of her eternal life with our savior in Heaven. God bless her soul and Tom, Janine, and Ryan, as they cherrish the memories of this great woman.
