Obituary of Elizabeth Back

Elizabeth Edith Back, 64, of St. Petersburg was taken to soon on April 11th, 2022. She was born on August 8, 1957 in The Bronx, New York. She was welcomed in heaven by her mother, father, grandparents and family members who loved her dearly. Her passion in life was caring for others. She was a phlebotomist and an X-Ray Tech. She was an active member of Holy Family Catholic Church. The love for her family was her strongest love. She was such a kind, caring and compassionate mother to her twin daughters, Stephanie Edith Back and Tiffany Marie Back. She was the most giving and loving grandmother to her granddaughter, Alexis Comer. Elizabeth is survived by her two brothers Lester Bell and William Bell, and a sister Linda Forrest. She loved her cousins, nieces, nephews, stepchildren and friends. She loved the beach and felt at peace in the ocean. She worked very hard to protect and provide for her daughters, and they are eternally grateful. Her family holds her close to their hearts, and there she will always remain. Your wings were ready, but our hearts were not.

A memorial service will take place on Thursday, April 21st, 2022. The service will be held at Anderson-McQueen Funeral Home, 2210 Dr. M.L. King Street North, in St Petersburg. The memorial will begin at 6:00pm and last until 8:00pm for family and friends to come and pay their respects. All are welcomed to come and celebrate the life of a beloved and beautiful soul.
