Obituary of Rose F Shaw

Rose F. Shaw 89 of Crystal River passed peacefully on January 16, 2023. Rose was born November 28, 1933 in Queens, NY. She married the love of her life Charles "Charlie" in 1956. She grew up in New York City then moved to New Jersey in 1963 before moving to Florida in 1972. Rose retired from Allstate Insurance Company after 25 years. In 2015 she moved from St. Petersburg to Crystal River, FL. Besides her family, her relationship with the Lord was special and a strong one. She was a member of First Presbyterian Church in St. Petersburg where she served as an elder. Rose loved to do arts & crafts, was always involved in church activities and bible studies. Above all she loved to spend time with her family. She will be missed by many. She is survived by her daughter Donna TIppins (David), sons David Shaw (Nancy) and Kevin Shaw (Julie). Nine grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her parents Lloyd and Marie Moor, Husband Charles Shaw, brothers Douglas & Donald Moore. A Celebration of Life will be held January 20, 2023 at 11:00am at Providence Baptist Church, Lecanto, FL.
