Obituary of Edna M Robinson

Edna Mable Robinson passed away on March 5th, 2023 in St. Petersburg, FL at the age of 102. She was born on March 12th, 1920 in Ft. Wayne, Indiana to Ralph and Linnie Keim. Edna met her future husband Floyd L. Robinson in elementary school and married him at 23. As he joined the Air Force and rose to Lt. Col., she worked at General Electric during WWII and later took care of her four children at home. She was fiercely patriotic and devoted to God, family, and country. She often told stories about all the places she traveled and lived, including the Panama Canal Zone, as well as her childhood during the Great Depression. She provided an example to many people through her demonstration of patience, grace, resilience, and unconditional love.

Edna was preceded by her husband in 1980 and her sons James (1993) and Tom (2010). She is survived by her daughters Carolyn Fogel and Barbara Condon, grandchildren Edward, Jon, Melissa, Laura, and Thomas, great-grandchildren Jonathan, Jacob, Jaelyn, and Lucy, and great-great-grandchildren Olivia, Parker, and Nathan.

Edna was loved by everyone who met her and she will be missed. Her burial will take place in her hometown of Ft. Wayne.
