Obituary of Frances J Burger

Frances Joann Burger, 86, of St Petersburg, passed away on Wednesday, August 2, 2023. Born March 15, in Bell Gardens, CA, she was the daughter of the late John and Helen (Ryan) Waring. Fran worked for Pam Am with the Apollo Program which succeeded in landing the first humans on the moon.  During this historic period, she met her former husband, Fred.  She finished her career in Internal Affairs for the Multnomah County Sheriff Department in Oregen.  Fran was always there for everyone; she had a kind and gentle soul.  She loved her family, and they adored her.

Fran will be remembered and missed by her sons, Robert (Bob) and William (Bill) along with his wife, Jennifer; her brother, John Waring III; her sisters, Mary, Pamela (Pam) and Rita; her very special grandchildren, Justin, Jordan, Jonny, Jake, Madi, Taylor and Carrieann, she had five Great Grandchildren, Rain, Fallon, Rhett, Rhys and Ruby.
