Obituary of Douglas John Pfromer

Douglas John Pfromer, of St. Petersburg, FL (formerly of Richfield, MN) passed away on August 14th 2023 at the age of 92.

After graduating from high school he joined the Navy and spent 7+ years serving our country. Doug received a Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace Engineering, worked for Honeywell Corp, ending up in St. Petersburg, FL where he spent most of his adult years. Doug was an avid bowler & golfer, enjoyed the times he was able to spend with family at the cabin on Round Lake and in later years loved a good game of bridge.

Doug was preceded in death by his parents, Robert and Ula, Sister Virginia, Brother Robert and Daughter Suzanne Bowman. He is survived by his brother Tom, loving granddaughter Sarah Say, Grandsons James Maley, & Richard Say, 7 great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.

There will be a Burial service at Fort Snelling Cemetery, Minneapolis MN at a future date.
