In Loving Memory of Kenneth Edward Neumann Senior
Kenneth Edward Neumann Senior, born on July 13, 1958, in Montgomery, Alabama, passed away on November 3, 2023, surrounded by the love of his family. He shared 42 beautiful years of marriage with his beloved wife, Kathleen Burns Neumann.
Ken was a man of immense love and dedication, evident in his role as a devoted son, brother, husband, father grandfather and great grandfather. In addition to his beautiful wife and brother, Albert Neumann, Ken is survived by his children, Jason Diviki (wife, Christine), Kelly White (husband, Barry), Carrie Mixon, Sarah Gwozdz (husband, Bryan), Kenneth Neumann Jr (wife, Mariana), Thomas Neumann (wife, Jennifer), Zachary Neumann, and Gabrielle Lunsford (husband, Kyle). He was not only a loving father but a cherished grandfather to 11 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
Ken’s love extended beyond his family. He had a special bond with his loyal companion, Bo, his beloved dog, who was always by his side. He was an avid animal lover, a reflection of his compassionate nature.
Ken’s life was marked by his unwavering support for his family's interests and pursuits. He attended karate tournaments, baseball games, and countless other events to cheer on his children and grandchildren. His love for quality time was shared with those around him, and he was always ready to share advice, trivia or a game of chess or pool.
One of Kenneth's most enduring legacies is his passion for fishing. He imparted his knowledge and love for this activity to his children and grandchildren, teaching them not only the art of fishing but also the appreciation of life's simple joys.
Ken will be remembered as a loving, devoted family man, a kind-hearted soul, and a pillar of strength to all who had the privilege of knowing him. His legacy lives on in the hearts of those he touched.
A memorial service to celebrate Ken’s life will be held on Thursday , November 9th at Anderson McQueen Funeral Home (2201 Dr Martin Luther King Jr Street N, St Petersburg, FL) from 12pm - 4pm.
