Obituary of Concordia Lindanell Worsham

Concordia Lindanell Worsham (nee Ardura) passed away on March 24, 2024, in St. Petersburg, FL. Lindanell, as she was known to family and friends, was born October 19, 1949, in Fort Lauderdale, FL to Oscar and Eva Ardura (nee Hernandez). Her parents were professional Latin dancers who performed internationally and appeared in movies, on Broadway and on television under the stage names of Raul and Eva Reyes.

Lindanell was a graduate of Barry University in Miami and Madonna Academy in Hollywood, FL. She had a career in human resources management at Sheraton Hotels and The Coca-Cola Company, where she met her future husband, Patrick. Patrick and Lindanell were married at Peachtree Presbyterian Church in Atlanta on November 17, 1984, and were blessed to have a son, Matthew, who is a resident of St. Petersburg with his partner, Ashley Hamilton.

Lindanell was predeceased by her parents and Ozzie Reyes, her dear brother. In addition to Matthew and Patrick, she is survived by her mother in-law, Mary Lou Worsham and sister in-law Cynthia Worsham, both of Bloomington, IL, sister in-law, Angela Reyes of Davie, FL, niece Kelly Buchanan of Port St. Lucie, FL, nephew Rick Reyes (Lorraine) of Rochester, NY, and nephew Dario Reyes (Hope) of Fort Lauderdale.

A private graveside service was conducted on April 4. A Celebration of Life gathering for family and friends will be on May 4 from 2-4 p.m. at Anderson-McQueen Funeral Home. 2201 Dr. M. L. King Jr. St., N, St. Petersburg.
