Obituary of Peg Anglin

Anglin, Margaret “Peg”, 88, of St. Petersburg passed away May 7, 2024 at her home. She was born in Corregidor, Philippines in 1936 while her father was serving in the U.S Army. As a military child and later a military spouse, she lived in many different cities throughout her life. However, St. Petersburg was the place she truly considered to be her home.

Peg was preceded in death by her spouse, Richard Anglin; parents, Frank and Catherine McMorrow; and her siblings Thomas McMorrow and Mary Swanson. Peg is survived by her daughters Kathleen Anglin and Christine (Eric) Hunt; grandchildren John, Dean, Tom, and Steve Hunt.

Peg was a very independent and loving individual. She had a great sense of humor and always made sure to use it with everyone she met. Peg was a devoted member of Holy Family Catholic Church and loved to spend her time volunteering there.

Services for Peg will be held on Tuesday, May 14, 2024 at Holy Family Catholic Church. Visitation will be held from 9-10am, followed by a Funeral Mass at 10am. Family members will attend a burial service at Florida National Cemetery in Bushnell, FL at 2 pm.
