CHANTHANASINH, Khampha, 71, of St. Petersburg, died Thursday, March 23, 2000 at St. Anthony?s Hospital. Born in Khamkeuth, Laos, he came here in 1992 from Laos. From high school until 1974, he was in the Laotian Army and was discharged as a Colonel. In 1968, he received training at the U.S. Intelligence School in Okinawa, Japan, until 1974, when Laos fell to Communist rule. Survivors include his Wife of 49 years, Bounmark; three sons: Khamsourin, Lowell, MA; Phetphomxay and Vilayvanh, both of St. Petersburg; five daughters: Khaiphane Sengchanh and Phit Phatsavong, both of St. Petersburg; Noy Hongvanhthong, Brownstown, PA; Mary Xaysana, Falls Church, VA; and Ammane Bouphasiri, Savannakhet, Laos.
