Obituary of Dominic J. Ercolani

Ercolani, Dominic J. ''Skip'', 64, of St. Petersburg, died Friday, May 12, 2000 at Bayfront Medical Center. He was born in Furlong, PA and moved to Hatboro, PA in 1960 from Hilltown, PA. He was a Farmer in PA and was a member of St. John Bosco Catholic Church in Hatboro. He moved to St. Petersburg in 1971 where he worked for the Pinellas County Public Schools and retired as Plant Foreman from Meadowlawn Middle School after 28 years of service. He was a member of St. Raphael's Catholic Church. He excelled in archery, and at the age of 17 achieved the Bear's ''Shooting Star'' award. He loved model railroading and building model airplanes. He is survived by his wife of 43 years, Frances C.; three sons, James G. of Brevard, NC, Steven R. of St. Petersburg, and Michael J. of Baltimore, MD; one daughter, Donna M. Olin of Martinsville, IN; one brother, David Ercolani of Delran, NJ; and 8 grandchildren.
