Born in Shreveport, Louisiana, she moved here in 1965 from Big Springs, Texas. She was a secretary for a dental office in St. Petersburg for 12 years. Libby was a member of Maximo Presbyterian Church in St. Petersburg. Survivors include one son: Robert C.K. ?Bob? Thomas of St. Petersburg.
