Ruth Fay has been like another mother to me for the past 15 years. I have never met such a sweet person. She never said an unkind word about anyone. I would have written sooner, but my heart has been aching. I will miss her very much, but I know she is no longer suffering and is in a better place.
She was a "dedicated" Mother and homemaker. She was not happy, unless everyone around her was comfortable. She loved to help make the holidays more festive and enjoyed celebrating them with the family. I will always remember her. Love and prayers to all her family and many dear friends.
Sincerely,
Dorothy

I would like to express my condolences to the Fay family. Ruth was a good friend and treated my daugther, like family. I really enjoyed talking with her and will miss her. She was a real jewel. She loved her family. Heaven is going to be a nicer place because she is there. She's looking down and we will all meet again someday.
Love and prayers,
Betty

She was Mom. She was my biggest supporter. She loved me unequivocally. She's gone.
I am diminished.
Life is brutish sometimes.
But I will go on. She is in my memory, so she will go on too. Long live Mom. Mom is great. I love you Mom.
GOODBYE FOR NOW.

My mother was a lot stronger than anyone really knew. She had to raise four boys, which in itself would be plenty.
However, as my fathers occupation was to defend what so many of us take for granted, our right to be free, she had to do the rasing of us boys often on her own.
I am afriad I was never old enough to understand how difficult a life she had, while we boys were trying to grow up. I know now, that as the oldest she expected and probably needed from me much more than I understood or knew how to give.
I feel certain that she went without many things, so we all would be OK. I am ever so grateful that my father was able to give her the very best over the last 25 years. If anyone deserved to enjoy life, if was her, because she had earned it through her many years of silent dilegence over us boys.
We never seem to get to say the things we should to those that matter, before they leave us.
Good By Mother, may you rest in peace.

so sorry about Ruth. We will miss seeing her and being together this year. She was a very caring person and the world is a little less nice place to be because of her passing. Love to you from
both of us. Dave and Bev
