Obituary of Charles Chuck'' M. Higgins

Higgins, Charles M., 70, of St. Petersburg, died Thursday, November 2, 2000 at Bayfront Medical Center. Born in Claremont, New Hampshire, he came here in 1976 from East Hartland, Connecticut. Locally, he was the Head Plant Operator for the Pinellas County School Board from 1978 until his retirement in 1992. He was Protestant and served in the US Air Force. He was a member of the St. Mark?s Masonic Lodge in Granby, Conn. Survivors include his wife of 47 years, Dorothy ?Dottie? Higgins of St. Petersburg; four sons and one daughter; six grandchildren; and one great grandson. Anderson-McQueen Funeral Homes and Cremation Tribute Center ? Ninth Street Chapel.
