Bailey, Idell A., 77, of St. Petersburg, died Monday November 20, 2000. Born in Cross City, she came here in 1970 from Camp LeJeune, North Carolina. She was a homemaker and a member of the Order of Eastern Star, White Shrine. She was Baptist. Survivors include her husband of 56 years, Oliver W. ?Bud? Bailey, Jr. of St. Petersburg; 2 daughters, Patricia ?Bailey? McLeod of St. Petersburg and Janatha Bailey-Bruch of Norway, Maine; a sister, Pollye Renney of St. Petersburg; and 4 grandsons, James W.
