Short, Edmund Clark, 19, of St. Petersburg, died Sunday November 26, 2000 in Santa Cruz County, Arizona. He was born and raised in St. Petersburg. He was an Airman First Class in the U.S. Air Force stationed at Davis-Monthan Air Force Base, Arizona. He was a 1999 graduate of King High School in Corpus Christi, Texas and attended St. Petersburg High School prior to that. He was a Life Scout for the Boy Scouts of America Troop 213 and was Baptist. Survivors include his parents, Edmund C. & Dolores D. Short of St. Petersburg; a brother, Steven C. Short of St. Petersburg; a sister, Krystal R. Short of New Bedford, Massachusetts, his paternal grandmother, Mary Stuke of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma; a nephew; and several aunts, uncles and cousins.
