Dear family and friends,
My heart is heavy with the sorrow of the passing of Billy.
I only got to really know him in the last 18 mos. I did know him in high school but not like recent. We shared a love for books and education. He helped me out on the computer, talked books, cooking, and music often. He was always a good source of encouragment for me with my mom and her needs. He was a good friend to have and will be missed in my life. Janet and family you are in my prayers and thoughts. Vickie Martin

Dear Bill,
I will miss your wonderful smile and laughter on Saturday mornings when I went to get my hair done. And, I will always remember how happy you were for me when you called me to tell me that I had won the $25 gift certificate. Although I didn't know you well, it was very clear what a quality person you were. I am so sorry for your family, you will be so missed by so many, but their love for you goes on forever. God bless you all and may you find comfort in His love.
With love, Martha

I am shocked and so saddened by your loss. I will miss Bill with his friendly smile and warm heart. He always made an effort to have a conversation with me while in the salon.
We will never understand why such things happen to good people at such a young age. I suppose there is a reason.
May God Bless Bill and you all.

To: Janet and Chris. My husband and I both knew your son. We are so sorry as to your loss. He was so nice to me when I came into your place of business. He listened to me share my pain of being a non-custodial parent and immediately offered to help me. He told me about a group of people meeting on custidial issues. He did not just give me the time and place he said he would go with me to the meeting so I would not feel uncomfortable. I will never forget how kind he was to me. He helped the father's rights group understand that a mother that does not have her child in her home full time goes through the same emotions. My husband just met him two months ago because Bill sold him some baseball cards. My husband was very impressed with how nice he was to him. Please take good care of yourself and I will personally include your son in my prayers tonight. Love, Marilyn Westropp

Bill, Over our lifetime we have shared so many wonderful things. Our memories together
outshine the sadness and emptyness in my heart that I now feel because you are no longer here. It is unthinkable and unbearable. Bill, nothing will fill the emptyness of not being able to hear your voice or see your loving smiling face. I will always love you and life without you will never be the same.
Please Bill, look for me again oneday as we will laugh again
together.
I love you forever and miss you beyond words.
You are the best brother in the world.
Your Loving Sister,
Chris
