Gibb, Grace F., 84, of St. Petersburg, died Friday December 8, 2000 at Seminole Nursing Pavilion. Born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, she came here in 1992 from Newark, Delaware. She was a retired schoolteacher, having taught in the Newark School System for 49 years. She was Episcopalian. Survivors include her husband of 57 years, Hugh R. Gibb, 2 daughters, Victoria Gibb of Baltimore, Maryland, and Margot Cohen of Wales, England, and 2 grandchildren.
