Obituary of Dorothy W. Stady

Stady, Dorothy W., 82, of St. Petersburg, went to Heaven on Wednesday January 3, 2001 at St. Petersburg General Hospital. Born in Silver Creek, New York, she came here in 1982 from North Plainfield, New Jersey. She was the daughter of the late Cyrus and Grace Guilford Wyckoff. Not only was she a homemaker, but a pastor?s wife who also taught Sunday school, sang in the choir, and witnessed to people in need. She was a member of Northside Baptist Church, where she taught Sunday school until 1993, and was a member of the Golden Heirs Group, and Ruth Grace Class, at church. Her late husband, Associate Pastor Edward H. Stady, went to be with the Lord in 1986. Survivors include her son, David A. Stady, and his wife, Virginia of Baldwinsville, N.Y., one sister, Bertha Lord of St. Petersburg and Allegany, N.Y., two grandchildren, Todd and Brooke Stady both of Baldwinsville, N.Y., several nieces and nephews.
