Smith, Owen Francis, 49, of St. Petersburg, died Thursday, January 4th, 2001 at his home. He came here in 1983 from his native New York and he was an Artist. He is survived by his sister, Ellen A. Scanella of St. Petersburg; 2 brothers, Dr. Kenneth D. Smith of North Palm Beach, FL; Father Lee Smith of Chatham, NY; and his niece, Danielle Scanella of St. Petersburg.
