She was a retired legal clerk having worked at the Sandusky Municipal Court in Sandusky, Ohio. She was a member of Holy Family Catholic Church. Survivors include 3 sons, Edward J. Hinde, IV of Dayton, Ohio, John P. Hinde of Port St. Lucie, Florida and James A. Hinde of Seattle, Washington, 2 brothers, Russell Stang of Melbourne, Florida and Charles Stang, Jr. of Redford, Michigan, 2 sisters, Bernice Disbrow of Sandusky, Ohio and Sister Jeanette Stang of St. Petersburg, 8 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren, 9 nieces and 4 nephews.
