Obituary of J. George George'' Mittman

Mittman, Junior George ?George?, 79, of St. Petersburg, died Friday January 5, 2001. Born in Muscatine, Iowa, he came here in 1960 from Moline, Illinois. He was a manager for General Electric in Moline, Illinois for 28 years before moving to Florida. He was a Navy veteran of WWII and was an avid fisherman and golfer. He was a member of Bethel Lutheran Church. Survivors include his wife of 51 years, Ann Mittman, a son, Kevin Mittman of Palm Harbor, Florida, a daughter, Nancy Waechter of St. Petersburg, 3 grandsons, Peter Waechter and Douglas Waechter of St. Petersburg and Paul Mittman of Palm Harbor, a granddaughter, Carissa Waechter of St. Petersburg, and a brother, Paul Mittman of Moline, Illinois.
