Obituary of Harold Eugene Gearhart

Gearhart, Harold Eugene, 88, of Tampa, Florida, died Sunday February 4, 2001 in Tampa. Born in Luzerne County, Hunlock Township, Pennsylvania, he came here in 1957 from Rockville, Maryland. He was an air conditioning and refrigeration mechanic with Sears, retiring in 1974. He owned the Dari Castle on Park Boulevard in Pinellas Park during the 1960?s. He was a welder in a Navy shipyard in Baltimore, Maryland during WWII and a member of the Masonic Lodge in Rockville, Maryland. He was a former member of both Clearview United Methodist Church in St. Petersburg and Friendship United Methodist Church in Clearwater. Survivors include 2 daughters, Bonnie L. Baker of Tampa and Connie M. McDonald of Tarpon Springs, Florida, 4 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.
