Obituary of Robert Duane Visger

Visger, Robert Duane, 69, of St. Petersburg, died Friday March 9, 2001 at Bon Secours - Maria Manor. Born in St. Clair, Michigan, he came here in 1981 from Michigan. He was an insurance executive, who retired from the Knights of Columbus Insurance Division. He was a member of Knights of Columbus - Local Council and St. Vincent de Paul, was past commodore of Port Huron Yacht Club, and was an avid sailor. He was a Navy Veteran of the Korean War. Survivors include his wife of 47 years, Elizabeth Visger, 2 sons, Jack Visger of Alpina, Michigan and Jim Visger of Milan, Michigan, a daughter, Mary Ann Quartetti of St. Petersburg and 5 grandchildren.
