Cutler, Raymond Edward, 37, of St. Petersburg, died Sunday March 11, 2001. Born in Waltham, Massachusetts, he came here in 1980 from Bellingham, Massachusetts. He was an electrician. He graduated from St. Petersburg High School, was a member of the Pinellas Park Fraternal Order of Eagles, attended St. Paul?s Catholic Church and was an avid Bucs fan. Survivors include his wife of 4 years, Jennifer L. Cutler, 2 daughters, Julia L. Cutler and Jade D. Cutler, all of St. Petersburg, his father, Robert Cutler of Bucksfield, Maine, his mother, Mary Jane Ferguson of Dunedin, Florida, 5 brothers, Robert Cutler of Abilene, Texas, Peter Cutler of Boston, Massachusetts, Donald Ferguson of Dallas, Texas, Harry Ferguson of Milford, Massachusetts and Richard Ferguson of Boston, Massachusetts, a sister, Mary J.
