Obituary of Stanley R. Stapleton
Stapleton, Stanley R., 83, of St. Petersburg, died Friday March 16, 2001. Born in Cincinnati, OH, he came to St. Petersburg in 1967 from Bradenton, FL. He was a US Army veteran of WWII. He had owned the Stan Stapleton Lincoln-Mercury Dealership in Bradenton. He was a Conquistador with the DeSoto Celebration in Bradenton, a member of various automobile associations, and a Mason. Predeceased by his wife Ava, he is survived by his son: Stanley R. Stapleton II Debbie? St. Petersburg, FL; two 2 daughters: Adreana Bynum Ray? Jacksonville, FL and Linda S. Funaiole Mark? Boise, ID; six 6 grandchildren and eight 8 great grandchildren. Family prefers memorial donations to either American Heart Association or National Kidney Foundation.
