Obituary of Peter J. Lauer

Lauer, Peter J., 50, of St. Petersburg, died Friday March 23, 2001. Born in Fort Benning, Georgia, he came here in 1970 from Alexandria, Virginia. He was an Imaging Technician with the St. Petersburg Times for 19 years; he was an Army veteran of Vietnam, and a member of Lutheran Church of the Cross. Survivors include his wife of 25 years, Elaine M. Lauer, St. Petersburg, 2 daughters, Alix O. Lauer and Juliette S. Lauer both of St. Petersburg, 1 sister, Kathryn A. Spies, St. Petersburg, 2 brothers, Michael Lauer, Kansas City, Kansas, Thomas Lauer, Orlando, Florida, his parents, Jerry and Ann Lauer, Orlando, Florida, paternal grandmother, Ethel Lauer, Orlando, Florida.
