Fonte, Antoinette D. ?Nettie?, 91, of St. Petersburg, died Thursday April 5, 2001 at Bayfront Medical Center. Born in Greenwich, Connecticut, she came here in 1944. She owned and operated Fonte?s Finer Foods in St. Petersburg for 50 years. She was a member of St. Paul?s Catholic Church. Survivors include 2 sons, Franklin J. Fonte of Seminole, Florida and Robert S. Fonte of St. Petersburg, 4 sisters, Chancy Curry, Helen Parsons and Gilda Jensen, all of Greenwich, Connecticut and Teresa Gallick of London, England, 2 grandchildren, Robert Peter Fonte of Georgia and Catherine Fonte of Denver, Colorado and 4 great grandchildren.
