Obituary of Robert E. DuPont

DuPont, Robert E., 81, of St. Petersburg, died Friday April 13, 2001 at St. Anthony?s General Hospital in St. Petersburg. Born in Cochranton, PA, he came here in 1982 from Meadville, PA. Mr. DuPont was a self-employed farmer and was owner/operator of Crowford Company in Meadville, PA. He was a member of First Alliance Church Christian and Missionary Alliance and the Crowford Company PA Grange in Meadville, PA. He was an avid shuffleboard player. Survivors include his wife of 59 years, Neva of St. Petersburg, his son, Darwin DuPont of Cochranton, PA, two sisters, Virginia Kough of Meadville, PA and Violet of Snotgrass of Deland, FL, two grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
