Obituary of Ira D. Doug'' Lewis

Lewis, Ira D. ?Doug?, 51, of Largo, died Monday May 7, 2001 at home after a short illness. Born in Hamilton, Ohio, he came here in 1975 from Pennsylvania. He was owner and operator of D.L. Production Systems, Inc., Largo and an Army veteran of the Vietnam war. Mr. Lewis was a longtime member of the Seminole Elks Lodge #2519, the Star Masonic Lodge #78, Largo, the Tampa Consistory and the Egypt Temple, Tampa. He is survived by his wife, Patricia K. ?Pat?, his mother, Elsie LaCourse, Toledo, Ohio, three sisters, Geri Vinson and Claire Ann Gorsage both of Ligonier, IN and Juanita Lewis, Toledo, OH and a brother, Gerald Lanane, Toledo, OH.
