Herrera, Joseph ?Joe?, 94, of St. Petersburg, died Thursday May 10, 2001 at Carrington Place Convalescent Center. Born in Havana, Cuba, he came here in 1964 from Bronx, New York. He was a machinist. Survivors include a sister, Josephine Mancilla of Ft. Lauderdale, Florida, a brother, Frank Herrera of Ft. Lauderdale, Florida, a niece, Edna Herdman of Florissant, Missouri, a nephew, Richard Herrera of Savannah, Georgia, and a stepson, Jack Ledesma of St. Petersburg.
