Obituary of Clyde J. Honaker

Honaker, Clyde J., 65, of St. Petersburg, died Thursday June 14, 2001 at home. Born in Scarbro, WV, he came here in 1996 from Charleston, WV where he was a Fisherman and Owner/Operator of Honaker?s Gifts and Live Bait from 1976 until his retirement in 1987. He also worked in Quality Control for ten years at the Volkswagon Stamping Plant. He served with the U.S. Marines Corps during peacetime. Locally, he was a member of Glad Tidings Assembly of God. He was a ?jack of all trades? who could fix anything and enjoyed being with his family. Survivors include his wife of 44 years, Yoko; three sons: Lee, St. Petersburg; Roy, Charleston, WV; and James, Alexandria, VA; and two grandchildren.
