Rohrbacker, Frances, 84, of St. Petersburg, died Thursday July 12, 2001 at Mariner Health of Pinellas. Born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, she came here in 1974 from Pittsburgh. She was a homemaker and was Catholic. Survivors include a sister, Florence Jarush of New Britain, Connecticut and a niece, Rosemary Shumshes of Bridge Welles, Pennsylvania.
