Kachuk, Michael N., 81, of St. Petersburg, died Sunday July 15, 2001 at Northside Hospital and Heart Institute. Born in Chelsea, Massachusetts he moved here in 1986. He was a retired engineer with the State of Massachusetts. He is survived by a brother, John Tkaczak, Salem, Massachusetts.
