Obituary of Edward Glauser

Glauser, Edward, of St. Petersburg, died Thursday July 26, 2001 in Houston, Texas. Born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, he came here in 1972 from Kresgeville, Pennsylvania. He was the owner and operator of Honeymoon Resorts in the Pocono Mountains in Pennsylvania. He was a member of the St. Petersburg Yacht Club, the Masonic Lodge, Scottish Rite Consistory, Valley of Tampa, Egypt Temple Shrine, in Tampa and was a volunteer at Meals on Wheels. Survivors include 2 sons, Sidney H. Glauser of North Bay Village, Miami, Florida and Jonathan Edward Glauser of Asheville, North Carolina, a daughter, Estelle Powers of Cornelia, Georgia, 9 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren and 3 stepdaughters, Debra Solitare and Jennifer Solitare, both of St. Petersburg, and Patricia Nagle of Allentown, Pennsylvania.
