Travis, Norman C., Sr., 77, of St. Petersburg, died Sunday July 29, 2001 at Peoria, Illinois. Born in Mound City, Illinois, he came here in 1994 from Peoria. He was a power trucker for the Caterpillar Tractor Company in Illinois. He was a member of American Legion Post #125, Gulfport, and attended St. James United Methodist Church, St. Petersburg. Survivors include his wife, Anna M., 3 sons, Norman C. Travis, Jr. of Sacramento, California, Joseph C. Travis of Houston, Texas and Michael E. Travis of Pekin, Illinois, 2 daughters, Linda Lee Koziar of East Peoria, Illinois and Theresa Marie Travis of Peoria, Illinois, 2 stepsons, Larry R. Pullium of Creve Coeur, Illinois and Edgar B. Pullium of Bartonville, Illinois, a brother, Billy Travis of Fountain Valley, California, 18 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
