Obituary of Loyce K. Bowman

Bowman, Loyce K., 58, of St. Petersburg, died Tuesday, July 31, 2001 at St. Anthony?s Hospital from complications of lung cancer. Born in Kelly, NC, she came here in 1961 from Spring Lake, NC. She retired after 30 years as the business manager for Bowman Development Corp. in St. Pete Beach, FL. She was a member of Turniptown Baptist Church in Ellijay, GA. Survivors include her husband of 16 years, William Bowman, Jr. of St. Petersburg, FL & Ellijay, GA; a son, Richard Knox of St. Pete Beach, FL; a brother, James B. Parker of Fayetteville, NC; two sisters, Juanita P. Goins of Spring Lake, NC and Joyce P. Wilson of Fayetteville, NC; and five grandchildren.
