Gross, Flavus W. ?Bill?, Jr., 71, of St. Petersburg, died Sunday August 5, 2001 at home. Born in Hanover, Pennsylvania, he came here in 1969 from Hanover. He was a driver for Carquest Auto Parts for 10 years. He was an Army Veteran of the Korean War and was a Protestant. Survivors include his wife of 48 years, Norma D. Gross, a son, Scott E. Gross of St. Petersburg, 3 daughters, Barbara Kolasinski of Cartersville, Georgia, Debra Bennett of Austin, Texas and Pamela Boling of St. Petersburg, a grandson, Jimmy Keith Bennett of Austin, Texas, 2 granddaughters, Jessica Boling and Taylor Gross, both of St. Petersburg, and an aunt, Jane Harbaugh of Gettysburg, Pennsylvania.
