Austgen, Jeffrey Scott ?Jeff?, 41 of St. Petersburg, died Sunday August 12, 2001. Born in Belleville, IL he came here in 1971 from Sumter, SC. He was self-employed as a contractor. Survivors include his mother Karlene Austgen; two brothers Dennis and Kurt Austgen; one sister Lynette Coley; fiance Deborah Ellenberger all of St. Petersburg and two nieces and one nephew.
