Obituary of John Joseph Nye

Nye, John Joseph, 82, of St. Petersburg, died Thursday August 16, 2001 at St. Anthony?s Hospital. Born in Bronx, New York, he came here in 1959. He was an aero-space technician for electronic components at RCA in Bronx, New York, retiring after 25 years. He was a Navy Veteran of WWII and attended Holy Family Catholic Church. Survivors include a step sister, Ruth M. VanZandt, and a step brother, Jack Smith, both of St. Petersburg.
