Obituary of James R. Lee

Lee, James R., 85, of St. Petersburg, died Thursday August 16, 2001. Born in Niagra Falls, NY, he came to St. Petersburg in 1999 from Port Richey, FL. He was a graduate of the University of Michigan. He was an electrical engineer and retired from Foote Mineral Co. located in Keokuk, Iowa in 1979. He was a member and lay reader at St. Matthew?s Episcopal Church in St. Petersburg. He was a member of I.E.E.E. Institute of Electrical & Electronic Engineers, Rotary Club ? Hudson, FL, and S.C.O.R.E. Service Corp of Retired Executives. Survivors include his wife of 59 years: Elizabeth ?Betty?; two 2 daughters: Sandra Sandquist ? Carlsbad, CA and Linda Hammerslay ? Mentor, OH; three 3 grandchildren; and two 2 great grandchildren.
