Pepper, Mildred R. ?Millie?, 72, of St. Petersburg, died Sunday September 2, 2001 at home with her family. Born in Thomasville, Georgia, she came here in 1953 from Tallahassee. She was a homemaker. Survivors include a daughter, Debbie Pepper of St. Petersburg, a son, David Pepper of Ormond Beach, Florida, a sister, Jeanette Nolen of St. Petersburg, a brother, H.W.
