Obituary of Joseph A. LeBlanc

LeBLANC, JOSEPH A. 82, of Pinellas Park, died Wednesday, Sept. 19, 2001 at Northside Heart Institute, St. Petersburg. He came here in 1956 from his native Brockton, Mass. He was an Army veteran of WWII and toured with the USO. He was a professional tap dancer and danced for the birthday party given for President Franklin D. Roosevelt at the White House in 1945. He was the director for the Octoberfest celebration in the early 70?s for Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Pinellas Park. He was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church and the Knights of Columbus.He is survived by his daughter, Linda LeBlanc Surber; a grandson, Scott Walker LeBlanc, two granddaughters, Kimberly Bogaert and Mary Bogaert Massingill all of Pinellas Park, and a great grandson, Joseph Gerard Bogaert.
