Webster, Elinor J., 78, of St. Petersburg, died Monday September 24, 2001 at Tampa General Hospital in Tampa, Florida. She was born in Coldwater, Michigan and came here in 1996 from Petoskey, Michigan, and was a homemaker. Survivors include her daughter, Susan Waugh of Naples, Florida, five sons, Andrew of St. Petersburg, Joel of Interlochen, Michigan, Michael of Gulfport, Florida, Steven of Harbor Springs, Michigan, and Thomas of Petoskey, Michigan, a sister, Virginia Sticken of Charlotte, North Carolina, 10 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.
