Sines, Eloise V., 99, of St. Petersburg, died Wednesday September 26, 2001 at Palms of Pasadena Hospital. Born in Worcester, MA she moved here in 1981 from Quincy, MA. Survivors include a son, Robert H., Amston, CT; a daughter, Nancy Sperrazza, North Haven, CT; two sisters: Laura Urquhart, St. Petersburg and Barbara Kemp, Quincy, MA; five grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
