Obituary of John William Shade

Shade, John William, 80, of Largo, died Friday September 29, 2001 in Clearwater. Born in Portland, Oregon, he came here from the Chicago area in 1980. He retired as Inspector General for the U.S. Government and served in the Army Air Corp as a flight engineer during WWII. He was a member of Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church in Largo. He is survived by his wife of 43 years, Teiko; a daughter, Catherine Ellen Shade, Largo; a son, Thomas, Tennessee; a brother, James, Gainsville; and 7grandchildren.
