Oxley, Elizabeth Chelstrom ?Betsy?, 57, of St. Petersburg, died Tuesday October 2, 2001 at home under Hospice care. Born in Lindenhurst, New York, she came here in 1969 from Lindenhurst. She was the office manager for Oxley & Brannon Construction Consultants, Inc., in St. Petersburg for 15 years and was a member of St. Raphael?s Catholic Church. Survivors include her husband of 21 years, John Richard Oxley, 4 daughters, Erin Oxley, Denise Griffin, M.D., Michelle Griffin and Amanda McKay, all of St. Petersburg, 2 step-daughters, Michelle Lee and Nora Zelov, both of Phoenix, Arizona, a sister, Agnes Romeo of St. Petersburg and 2 nephews.
