Obituary of John J. Plum

Plum, John J., 80, of Palm Harbor, FL died Friday October 5, 2001 at home. Born in Aachen, Germany he moved to Palm Harbor from Charlotte, NC 1½ years ago. He served in the Navy Seabee?s during WWII and was a member of St. Matthews Roman Catholic Church in Charlotte. He was a retired salesman with Westvaco, a paper company in New York. He is survived by his wife of 58 years, Rose Ann; two daughters, Joanne R. Black, Lock Haven, PA and Christine A. Taylor, Thorofare, NJ; three grandsons: Gary Black, Richmond, VA, Matthew Taylor, Boston, MA and Daniel Taylor, Thorofare; a granddaughter, Laura Black, Trenton, NJ and a great-granddaughter. In lieu of flowers the family wishes donations be made to the American Red Cross-September 11, 2001 National Disaster Relief Fund.
